We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of BOUD’s projects across digital, innovation, and emerging technology domains. This role is ideal for professionals with early to mid-level experience who are eager to grow within a consulting environment and contribute to impactful projects across government, semi-government, and enterprise sectors.
The role requires exposure to innovation and deep tech projects, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage project delivery to ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to drive execution.
- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
- Monitor project performance and flag risks or issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with stakeholders and support in managing expectations and updates.
- Prepare regular reports and status updates for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and governance standards.
- Contribute to improving workflows and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within technology or consulting environments.
- Exposure to innovation, digital, or deep tech projects is preferred.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar platforms is a plus.
- PMP or relevant certification is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
