Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager leads sales strategy and drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle across AI, digital, and innovation solutions. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, closing high-value deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and achieve company growth targets.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the sales strategy across AI, digital, and innovation solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to position tailored solutions.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Track performance, prepare forecasts, and report on sales KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in closing deals within AI, digital, or innovation sectors.
  • Strong network within the Saudi market (government / enterprise).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling is highly preferred.
