The Senior UI/UX Analyst leads the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across BOUD’s digital products. This role involves driving design strategy, conducting in-depth research, and delivering high-quality design solutions aligned with business and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities, including generative research and insight synthesis.
- Define and execute UI/UX design strategies aligned with product vision.
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to enhance product experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Create elegant solutions for complex interaction challenges with strong attention to detail.
- Conduct usability testing and continuously optimize user experience.
- Mentor junior team members and support capability building.
- Monitor performance, track progress, and report on design outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
